Abigail Reagan, LM, CPM is a Licensed Midwife and a Certified Professional Midwife. The ecstatic birth of her second child with midwives called Abigail to attend women in this powerful and transformative time in their lives. She believes strongly in women’s inherent wisdom and power, and supports them through their pregnancies, births and postpartum to connect with their internal resources.

Attending births since 1994, Abigail is also a Certified Doula and Certified Childbirth Educator. She teaches the well-respected doula-training program at Natural Resources, which she designed based on the Midwifery Model of Care. Abigail also teaches a Labor Support class to the nursing students at UCSF.

In her midwifery practice, Abigail combines clinical knowledge with her additional studies in nutrition, homeopathy, herbology, acupressure, energy healing, Mayan Abdominal Massage, and prenatal exercise to provide a holistic approach to each woman’s well-being in body, mind and spirit. It is this integration of ancient wisdom and modern science that brings a unique balance to the care she provides.
