Some of Alex's favorite patients are pregnant women who are filled with questions and concerns about how to best support their bodies and their babies. She takes the time to listen to your concerns providing you with the options and wise choices for you and your family.
Many of her patients come looking for alternatives to traditional medicine to keep their new family healthy. Her training in Family Medicine, Osteopathy and Classical Homeopathy allows her to bring more options to her patients.
Alex graduated from UCSF School of Medicine and is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Integrative and Holistic Medicine. She is a clinical instructor at UCSF and Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine and has privileges at CPMC.

Dr. Swan has been practicing medicine in California since 2000 and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She graduated from Mayo Medical School and completed her residency at the University of California, San Francisco.
Dr. Swan specializes in integrating traditional western medicine with alternative modalities. IN addition to her traditional medical training, she has completed education in nutrition, primary care homeopathy, and physician acupuncture. Dr. Swan provides primary and consultative care for women, men and children of all ages.
